Problem:
The game won't download.
Solution:
This is due to the game's long name. Try this
- Download the activity to your desktop - Extract the folder - Change the name to something shorter - Place it where you need
Problem:
I downloaded the game but the buttons don't work.
Solution:
In order for the buttons to work and images to show up, the game must be played in slideshow mode in Microsoft Powerpoint.
Problem:
There's no Google version. Can you make one?
Solution:
I can make one for you. Email me at teachergameroom@gmail.com and I can make it for you in a few hours.
Problem:
None of the buttons or links are working correctly.
Solution:
Make sure you're using the correct program: Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides
Make sure you read how to the play game.
Powerpoint games should be played in "Slideshow Mode" while Google Slides are played in "Edit Mode"
Problem:
One or two links aren't working but everything else works.
Solution:
This is just a mistake made during product creation. Just let me know and I'll fix it no problem!
Problem:
I've used this game once. Can you change the problems to something new?
Solution:
I don't change the problems. I have editable games where you can create your own problems and answers.

Is the game editable?
Solution:
No, games are NOT editable unless stated in the title or on the product page.
Problem:
Can I make a game and sell it from the editable games or templates?
Solution:
No. Editable games and templates can not be used to create games and sell them. Look for the commerical use templates in order to do so.
